More-than-a-decade-long cooperation and understanding of modern consumers served as a basis for a new concept of Mercator's website, whose content, range of products, special deals and technical solutions respond to customers' different interests and needs at all levels. Mercator’s entire range of products is thoughtfully presented from the perspective of different lifestyles and needs, which allows consumers to quickly find what they are searching for and move around the website. The new platform makes it possible for Mercator to present extensive content to various target groups in a transparent way, thus giving customers a reason to keep coming back.
We rose to the challenge
We faced three main challenges. The first one was how to present an extremely large amount of content, special offers, innovative solutions and various fields Mercator is involved in in a transparent manner. The second challenge was to find a concept that would merge the content according to the website users' interests and lifestyles, and not just across individual segments. The third challenge was the need to enable an approach that was as personalised as possible for future one-on-one communication with profile owners.
