For the Slovenian company Atlas, specialized in advanced heating and cooling solutions, we designed and executed a comprehensive marketing campaign aimed at raising awareness about the benefits of geothermal heat pumps and the importance of choosing a reliable partner on the path to efficient, environmentally friendly heating. The campaign, whose primary goal was to generate new leads, was built on a clear strategy, well-crafted key messages, and creative solutions tailored to specific channels and target audiences.

Atlas – a partner for important decisions
Atlas, based in Vojnik near Celje, has been present on the market for more than 35 years. They are experienced experts in designing and implementing heating and cooling systems using renewable energy sources, offering customers tailored, comprehensive solutions from concept to execution. They are the exclusive representatives of premium heat pumps from the Swedish manufacturer Thermia, among which the Thermia Atlas geothermal heat pump stands out for its innovation, reliability and efficiency – the star of the campaign.
Understanding the client and the users
We began familiarizing ourselves with the new client and its field of work through a series of workshops. Together, we analyzed target groups and their purchasing journeys, gaining insight into typical user behaviour patterns and their expectations during the decision-making process. Based on these findings, we identified their challenges, pinpointed key touchpoints, and adapted the communication accordingly for each stage of the purchasing journey.
A campaign that raises awareness and educates
Heat pumps are well known in Slovenia and most commonly used in new buildings – air-source heat pumps are the most widespread, while the advantages of geothermal heat pumps are less familiar and their market share is growing more slowly. This is why an important part of the campaign focused on raising awareness of geothermal heat pumps as the most optimal long-term source of heating and cooling.
A clear goal from concept to execution
As part of the campaign, we developed the communication concept and plan, as well as the creative direction and production of advertising materials, including media planning and distribution. The campaign covered both owned and paid communication channels—from a website with multiple landing pages tailored to the stages of the customer journey and target groups, to web banners, social media ads, and articles on news portals, as well as digital screens, roadside billboards, and radio ads.
Consistent visuals and messaging across all platforms
Based on a carefully planned media strategy, we reached potential users across various channels, with a strong focus on delivering a consistent visual and content experience—from the first touchpoint to final conversion. The communication centred on key messages highlighting the advantages of geothermal heat pumps and positioning the Thermia Atlas heat pump as one of the most efficient in the world. The visual design is clean, featuring photography that evokes living comfort, clear red content highlights, and a special logo marking Atlas’s 35th anniversary.
Increased interest in the products and the provider
With continuous multi-month presence across key online and offline channels, we significantly increased the visibility of the Atlas brand. During the campaign, website traffic rose and engagement levels increased—especially in terms of submitted inquiries. With clear, targeted messages and carefully created and distributed content, we achieved a high response rate, reflected in growing interest from new potential customers in Thermia heat pumps and in the strengthened recognition of Atlas as a competent and trustworthy provider.
