We are a digital agency with more than 20 years of experience and a team of 40+ professionals. We develop brands, digital platforms, and advanced web solutions for domestic and international clients. Our clients include the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the University of Ljubljana, Postojna Cave, Perutnina Ptuj, MGL, and the City Municipality of Ljubljana – which means you will collaborate on projects used by thousands of users, ranging from public digital services to international brands.

We are looking for a Digital Tools Support & Implementation Assistant to join our team. The position is also suitable for final-year students.

The position is based in Ljubljana. Applications are open until March 13, 2026.

What will you do?

• Assist in organizing and delivering trainings and workshops for clients and colleagues
• Test websites and digital platforms before launch
• Support clients in adopting content management systems and other digital tools
• Contribute to the preparation of clear and user-friendly documentation (manuals, short guides, video content)
• Provide user support for digital solutions

What we expect:

• Basic understanding of how websites and digital tools work
• Interest in technology, marketing, or digital products
• Strong Slovenian language skills and solid English proficiency
• Reliability, attention to detail, and patience
• Enjoyment of working with people and the ability to explain things in a simple way
• Advantage (not required): experience with CMS platforms, email marketing, web analytics, or e-commerce

Previous experience is not required – motivation to learn and the desire to gain new knowledge are what matter most.
