We create new brands, digital platforms and solutions, always looking for new ways of communicating and planning a strong digital presence. We are looking for a Digital Competence Training Specialist, a communicative and technically savvy person to join our team and take charge of educating our clients and colleagues on how to use modern digital tools. 

The job position is in Ljubljana and we’re accepting applications until 20 February 2026.

Join us in:

  • organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops for clients and employees,
  • teaching users how to manage CMS systems (Silverstripe CMS) and other web tools,
  • training users on e-mail marketing platforms, web analytics, e-commerce platforms and other services,
  • preparing high-quality educational programs and materials (manuals, instructions, slides, video tutorials),
  • providing user support during the onboarding process with new digital solutions.

We expect from you:

  • at least 3 years of experience in conducting training sessions or providing technical user support,
  • excellent understanding of website operations and CMS systems,
  • understanding the basics of web analytics, email marketing and e-commerce solutions, and payment gateways,
  • the ability to explain complex technical content in a simple and understandable way,
  • excellent pedagogical, communication, and presentation skills,
  • fluency in Slovenian and English (written and spoken),
  • a passion for working with people and sharing knowledge.

Key experience includes preparing structured manuals and materials, as well as patience when working with users of varying levels of technical expertise.
