Innovatif will in cooperation with Avtenta.si offer clients a progressive tool for managing relations with clients, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.

The new service is a result of a strategic partnership of Innovatif (Futura Group) and Avtenta.si (member of Telekom Slovenija Group). The two companies in cooperation with the client prepare a customer relationship management strategy.

Innovatif focuses on interactions’ management and scheming of users’ experience while also supports the project with its own content management tool Ažur (CMS). Avtenta.si with comprehensive experience and knowledge in the field of IKT offers its own IT solutions and implements and maintains the CRM system.

The newest Microsoft’s CRM solution includes a complete palette of tools for marketing, sales and services. Since the interface is based on Office and Otlook tools, it offers a familiar user’s experience and enables client a simple integration into the existing business processes.
